Tom Fitch in a Duel-Officer Interposes.

VIRGINIA, August 1. - Thomas Fitch, editor of the Union, challenged J. T. Goodman, editor of the Enterprise. They went out to fight this morning, with navy revolvers, at fifteen paces. The police interfered and prevented the duel.
